We found Acton Services after attending a workshop they ran, the workshop was really informative, interactive and enjoyable. After attending the workshop we decided to ask Jim Smith and Martin Griffiths to attend our Care Home to discuss further the services they provide. The work that Martin Griffiths & Jim Smith has done for Abbeyfield has made a significant difference. Martin Griffiths has been the Fire and Health and Safety advisor for our care home for the past twelve months, during this time he has been invaluable in his contributions to ensuring the health and safety of staff and residents, produced documents which have highlighted certain areas of concern, produced action plans and advised Directors and management regarding addressing areas of concern with budgets in mind.
This has all contributed greatly towards ensuring that CQC, fire safety, and safeguarding legislation has been fully met.
